The Sky+ 2 for BSkyB - Integrated Personal Video Recorder (PVR) and Digital Satellite Receiver combines all the benefits of Sky digital with advanced recording functions. Delivering a new level of control to television viewing, with this digibox you have the ability to record one digital satellite programme while watching another, pause live TV and record episodes of favourite series, fast forwarding and rewinding as you go - all without the need for videotapes. In tests this variant has performed better than the regular pace digiboxes.

The Pace TDS470N Sky +2 has a 80GBytes internal hard disk,  with a Dolby Digital audio output for connection to surround sound systems.  Stereo audio is also available from 2 phono outputs. The Sky+2 has SVHS and SCART connections for connection to your TV or Plasma screen. Dish Connection. The sky+2 requires 2 feeds from your satellite dish.

Our various offerings are with or without subscription card and with or without a dialler, to benefit from the Sky plus services you should subscribe to at least two premium channels or there will be an additional £10 subscription charge. We cannot at this time offer the plus digibox with freesat, our research indicates it's possible but the process is too confusing and subject to interpretation by Sky.

The digidialler is recommended especially if you intend to watch PPV (Box Office) or interactive sports events it requires an analogue telephone line and you need to provide an adaptor from US RJ11 standard to your local connection type, the dialler is not needed for UK use. It is not suitable for VOIP lines, you will need a different version if you have analogue services derived from a cable line or ISDN terminal adaptor. DV3 is sometimes written, it should be DVB for digital video broadcasting.
