We have two basic units for home usage, one is pre-programmed and cannot be changed, ideal if you use a single code for local, national or international calls. What benefits can the programmable dialler bring?
The programmable dialler is an automatic telephone dialler, programmed to make dialling faster, easier and more reliable. The dialler is programmed to recognize the kinds of calls where the dialler will need to add extra digits to the dialling string. Once programmed, the dialer first records the digits that are dialled, and then dials (forwards) the stored number along with any extra numbers which need to be added to route the call. The entire sequence is done very quickly. By automatically dialling an access number, a dialler saves you call costs by routing through alternate cheaper telephone providers/carriers.

Can the programmable dialler be used with phone cards?
Absolutely, diallers assist in that you only need dial the destination number, the dialler will dial the access code, enter your phone card number, pin number and then route the call for you automatically.

Can more than one phone be connected to the dialler(s)?
Yes the diallers will function with all phones and extensions connected to it.

Will the dialler work with fax machines?
Yes.

I need to prefix certain calls with * or # for some services, can I do this - I was told no by another company?
Yes, the programmable dialler and budget dialler products can handle this, the reason * and # is not available from some units is this is used in programming - the same is true here so care must be taken when using * or # in dial strings.

Do the diallers need power supplies?
No, the diallers are line powered and don't need power supplies (except the business chassis unit)

I want to block all calls except for two ISP's - will your Premium Rate call blocker do this?
Yes, easily, if you wish to save more money this is also within the capabilities of the budget unit, if you are certain that the numbers are unlikely to change for sometime to come, the budget unit will also suffice - the budget unit cannot be reprogrammed by the end user and needs to be returned to us for reprogramming.

I don't want to pay for extra software how is the dialler programmed?
It can be programmed with any touch tone / DTMF telephone, a manual is available for this purpose. Obviously the software greatly simplifies programming but is not necessary.

I purchased a programmable dialler from you, you pre-programmed it and provided a manual, now I need to change the programming but cannot get it to work correctly - can you help?

How does the call blocker differ from the programmable dialler?
Only in the programming - as a Trojan dialler blocker, the programming says which calls to route, as a LCR Router the programming says how to route the calls.
