The advantage of having a fax to email service is that you assign an email address to an inbound fax number which we provide and our service will automatically convert an inbound fax into a tiff attachment and email it to you You have full control over the email allocation and a log file of inbound numbers is also accessible. If you wanted to get rid of your fax machine altogether then using a modem connected to a telephone line and your pc or server would be one way of achieving this, you may wish to keep one traditional fax machine for sending those documents which need a signature but you potentially could reduce the number of fax machines significantly.

This simple elegant solution provides you the ability to redirect incoming faxes to any valid email address, we can allocate and provision you an account with a full control panel giving you complete logs and control over your inbound faxes, if you later decide that you don't need the fax number you can have it redirected as a voice number to certain numbers or even sell it on - depending on the number you opt for you can even earn inbound call commission. 

How it works, We set your inbound number to route to Faxes to email and you will be able to receive faxes direct to your registered email account. You will receive your fax as an email with a tiff attachment, not only this but we also show you the number dialled, the date and time of the call and the sender's phone number. 

Where the sender's number is withheld, we notify you of all but the last three digits, to protect the privacy of the caller. Of course if you know the caller's number you can guess who's faxed. You can also see if someone is having difficulty sending a fax to you when you have Call Notification set.
