With our customisation and solutions skills we are able to bring you business quality products at an affordable price.

We also offer consultancy and specialist solutions for any size of business.
We accept paypal as a means of payment this enables us to accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, even Electron debit cards as well as bank transfers.

Purchase  
For avoidance of doubt, sales are final - there is no trial period, Additionally we will accept unused items back within a period of 12 weeks subject to you paying the shipping costs plus a 25% restocking fee. This does not affect your warranty. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Subscription Products: Phonecards, subscription cards, and viewing cards cannot be returned. Sky viewing cards must be taken for 12 months. CI products with embedded subscriptions - cannot be returned. 

Downloaded Products: Sales are final and no returns are possible for downloaded products.

Shipping - (Postage and Packing Pricing.)  
As per our terms and conditions we operate from more than one country therefore to avoid any doubt - We apply a single Flat Rate Shipping price per item, this applies for all EU Countries unless specified otherwise.  (i.e. the same shipping price applies for France, Spain, Germany, Gibraltar, UK etc...)  Generally we aim to ship within 1 week of your order or sooner depending on stock availability. For guidance we ship using recorded or registered delivery options with tracking where possible. Courier options are available on request, please allow 28 days for delivery.
