Purchased systems can be user programmed at the end of any managed agreement so there will be no loss in your investment.

In addition to site survey information you will need also to give us wherever possible an indication of the scalability required, this will ultimately protect your investment. If you have a unit which is based upon a pre-existing service or contract then please enter the URL which is documented on the back of the unit into your browser - this will take you to the current tarif page containing the relevant pricing information for use with your unit.

If you have purchased a customised unit from another seller the URL for tarif information will only be correct if the unit still contains it's original programming - whilst it is highly unlikely that our units have been reprogrammed it is not impossible.

If any doubt exists - please ask in the first instance your seller, if you wish to query the original programming please provide the model and serial numbers. We will check our database and tell you how the unit was shipped, we cannot for privacy reasons reveal any shipping information or pricing involved. In the event you wish us to reprogram a unit for you then please contact us.

Satellite Television Antenna Installation
Not offered, we do however have many trade contacts across Europe and are happy to refer our customers to local area installers in Spain, Portugal, UK, Italy, Belgium, France and Germany. We can also provide installation equipment on request. Including very large dishes up to 4.80m in size.

Field Engineering (site visit) based reprogramming / installation fees.
Within the EU - 35 GBP / €52.50 - per hour + material costs plus travelling expenses (from Gibraltar) - ask for more information.

Search engine submission Service.
It is clear that if you wish to drive traffic towards your site you must be listed in search engines and directories.

Most search engines reject automated submissions because the creators of most search engine submission software tools don't care about the specific rules of the search engines, and just want to list as many engines as possible. In addition, the other tools access the search engine submission scripts directly without going to the website.
