SUBSCRIPTIONS FOR NON-UK RESIDENTS
For all subscription cards supplied either with or without equipment, the minimum subscription period is one year. If the customer wishes to cancel their subscription after a year, we
require at least 6 weeks notice, prior to the end of the 12 month period, else the cancellation will take 4 weeks. The following page is an overview of how we manage your card. We require
all payment information in advance, cards are ordered on demand and take around 2 weeks on average to complete.

Due to changes in policy we can no longer readily provide viewing cards without charging admin fees and annual charges - we do apologise for this but stress it is completely beyond our
control. In order to address this we have introduced an unmanaged card option. For clarification of anything on this page please contact us before purchasing.

For purposes of account management there are two options:
- Self Managed, (no annual fees or admin charges) - you control your own account, if you have difficulty then we will charge our 30GBP fee and move you to the managed option below.
- Self managed: if you choose this option and then ask us to make changes we charge 30GBP per action
- Managed: 5GBP per account action capped at 20GBP per year
or 20GBP PA Annual charge whichever is lower
( not counting admin fees applied for box office and on demand events) - Box Office : To avoid admin fees for on demand events you need a dialler.

Billing
At the start of the subscription, the direct debit may take several days to set up and the provider will then charge the customer for a month in advance plus the time that elapsed before
the direct debit was set up. The first payment will typically be for 5 or 6 weeks and will therefore appear to be higher than would otherwise be expected. In practice, however, the customer
is paying no more than the agreed monthly rate.
When taking out a low cost package, the customer may be charged initially for two months at the full package rate, followed by one or two months of no (or reduced) payments. This often occurs because there is a delay between making package changes and the billing to reflect these changes. Please see further down on this page for a typical billing example.
To avoid loss of service, please make sure you inform us if your credit/debit card details change at any time. If there is insufficient money in a customer�s account, the provider may charge them an administration fee and suspend their card! The provider reserves the right to change the subscription rate at any point in the future, and these changes will be passed onto the customer without notice.

Mandatory Activation Information
You must provide us credit card detail for the subscription payment, and system details to match your viewing card, as well as the desired
packages to ensure that you receive the channels you want. To do this you can send the information by email or fax. The information to match the viewing card is taken from the system
details menu, (found within services - system setup - system details).

When you have downloaded and completed / faxed back the payment form, you can provide us the
desired viewing packages and system detail by email direct or using the contact us button found within the site.
Notes on Billing
The billing procedures at the start of the subscription period can cause a lot of confusion. Often the first payment that is taken will appear to
be higher than it should be, sometimes almost double what it should be! The reason for this is explained below.
The provider bills all their customers for a month in advance. As a new customer, however, there can be a delay of almost a month from the time your card is activated (which is several days prior to you receiving it) to the point at which the provider processes your payment details. Your first payment can therefore cover a period of between one and two months
Billing normally starts between 1-4 weeks later and will consist of the 1-4 weeks viewing time from the activation date to the billing date plus one month in advance, example if the first months package was 36.00 GBP per month and the first payment was taken 3 weeks later then the first bill would be 36.00 +[ (36/4)x3] = 63.00GBP + any PPV events ordered.
Managing your card Should you wish to upgrade or downgrade your packages, change your billing or have any general query regarding your viewing card, then providing it was supplied by us then we will assist you in making the appropriate changes.
Our opening hours for card management purposes.
We can only make changes during UK working days within normal business hours and to 1pm UK on a Saturday, outside these times we can collect information but cannot make any changes to your
packages. Generally we waive most management and administration fees, however we do reserve the right to request you to make a payment of the administration fee first before proceeding with
any changes.
Process for making changes or admin requests.
Should you wish any changes then simply contact us using the information in our contact pages, please remember to include your viewing card number, name and telephone number, we may again
need to take your credit card or other billing details depending on the nature of your request.
New cards - activation process.
When you receive the card, please contact us, we need all the information from the system details menu in the digibox plus your billing information - even though you might have already
entered this when paying for the card, this information is not visible to us - so we need to take it once more over the telephone or via one part email and the other part sms. We need also
to know what package you wish to subscribe to. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.
Payment Methods accepted byTV Provider
Since payment will be taken directly by the provider, you should be aware that the provider will only accept payment via a valid visa or MasterCard credit or debit card (including electron) from any country
or for UK cards a valid UK bank account either onshore or offshore and only via credit card for ROI cards. Payments by switch maestro is not accepted.
Cancellation after 12 months
You must give us 28 days notice and return the card, if you wish to exchange the card for a FTV card then an admin charge equivalent but not greater than the cost of our freesat cards plus
carriage will apply.
3rd Party Agent and Bureau charges.
As far as possible we will keep annual charges to a minimum, however the charges are subject to change, in the case of UK cards annual charges are taken by a 3rd party handling agent - and
in such circumstances save for the hosting fee we only request our admin charge when absolutely necessary.
