The TVLink device is to help you control and watch channels on a second TV, it is compatible with Sky / Sky+ digiboxes and most TV's.
It is not compatible with sky miniboxes because these do not have the RF2 output capability.
If you want a wireless alternative to the TV-link we can provide video senders.
What you need.
You will need a TV Link, and high quality coaxial cable, fitted with 1 male and 1 female coaxial TV RF connector this is essential because the remote control voltages are passed along the coaxial cable.

3) Fit the female end to the digibox RF out 2 port
4) Connect the TV link to the aerial socket of the second TV
5) Connect the male end to the free end of the TV Link
6) Put the TV Link somewhere visible such as on top of the second TV
Setting it up
1) Plug your digibox back into the mains and wait for it all to startup.
2) Press Services on your remote control, then select system setup (4)
3) Press the key sequence 0, 1, then select - you don't see these choices on the menu, but you should now see a screen entitled Installer Setup
4) Select RF Outlets to see the RF Outlet Screen
5) Make a note of the RF Channel Number you may find this easier to tune your second TV
6) Highlight RF Outlet Power Supply and use the right/left arrows to choose ON.
7) Use the down arrow and press select to Save New Settings.
Completing Setup
1) Turn on the second TV and tune to the RF Channel previously noted
2) You should now be able to use the sky remote control with your second TV to control and watch the sky digibox from another room.
Troubleshooting.
1) If your second TV is already connected to your sky/sky+ box make sure the coaxial is not connected to other equipment or isolated using tv outlet plates, boosters or other such equipment, if it is you may need to purchase a bypass kit to let the remote control signals pass back to the sky/sky plus digibox.
2) Check the RED Led is showing the power is reaching the TV Link unit, if the LED is not on, then check the coaxial is properly connected including the outer screen, if necessary you may wish a trained installer do the installation for you.
3) Further help can be found on the digibox interactive menus, the sky website or naturally you may wish to contact us.
