We are not related to DSJ IT Solutions Ltd - this business ceased to exist in summer 2009. We are however pleased to say that we have taken over some of the service accounts and customers from DSJ. Subsequently we are able to support some of the DSJ clients subject to some limitations.
We will honour the administrative billing structure from DSJ.
What we can do:
Provide card support
Change requests
Repair requests (chargeable)
Replacement cards.
Cancel Accounts.
Upgrade or downgrade services
What we cannot do:
warranty support : this should be sought from the manufacturers directly.
Lookup invoices and dispatch notices
Provide refunds related to products and services from DSJ
